Birth control pill may cut cancer risk

Researchers at Aberdeen University who studied the records of 46,000 women over a 36-year period found that taking an oral contraceptive for up to eight years did not lead to an increased risk of cancer over a woman's lifetime.

Woo..it's a good forecast. Although women often experience some minor side effects, the Pill is the most popular type of birth control.

I'm glad to hear this, but not increasing cancer risk is not the same as cutting cancer risk.
