Energy drinks' caffeine in line with coffee

Despite such speedy-sounding names as "Full Throttle," "Amp" and "Rush," energy drinks pack a punch that is generally no stronger than coffee.

My god...it sounds a bad news for these who like drink more than 5 cups of coffee everyday.

I like coffee best, and it does has a better taste than energy drinks, it's a important part of my life!so I can't giving uo drinking coffee at all.
