Pacgen Biopharmaceuticals Corporation ("Pacgen" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PGA) announced today that it has entered into a letter of intent for a business combination with Medigen Biotechnology Corp. ("Medigen"), a biotech company traded over the bulletin board in Taiwan.
